Born in the vibrant island of Jamaica and now proudly calling Canada home, I have dedicated 23 years of my life to the nursing profession. My journey in healthcare has been one of continuous growth and learning, culminating in the achievement of my doctoral degree. This academic pursuit has deepened my passion for education and research within the nursing field.
As a nurse with over two decades of experience and a doctoral degree, I have completed numerous nursing research studies, earned awards for career development and outstanding performance, and presented my work globally in countries including France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Canada, the United States, and Japan, all while maintaining my passion for collaborative practice and teamwork in healthcare.
As an educator and nurse researcher, I strive to inspire and empower the next generation of healthcare professionals. My role extends beyond the classroom and laboratory, as I have found my voice as a motivational and keynote speaker, sharing insights and experiences to uplift others in their personal and professional journeys.
